1. Screw Air End: Features a proprietary, high-efficiency, large-displacement screw air end. It utilizes a self-developed rotor profile that, compared to traditional profiles, boasts a more optimized "leakage triangle," a shorter contact line, and a smaller discharge-side closed volume. The design incorporates a rational bearing configuration to enhance rotor rigidity and optimizes oil injection volume, resulting in significantly lower noise levels and reduced vibration.

2. Dual-Pressure Design: This product features a dual-pressure capability where, under low-pressure operation, the air displacement can be increased by 15-20%, with seamless, one-touch switching between modes. The low-pressure mode is ideally suited as an air source for supporting various engineering and mining projects-including rock bolting and other auxiliary equipment-while the high-pressure mode is optimized for powering high-air-pressure Down-the-Hole (DTH) hammers for rock drilling, as well as for deep-hole slag and mud removal applications.

3. Custom-Developed Dedicated Controller: Key parameters, equipment status, and various operating metrics are clearly displayed on the interface. Functions such as loading/unloading and shutdown can be executed with a single touch, ensuring a high degree of automation. The system monitors relevant parameters via pressure and temperature sensors; furthermore, by integrating data from the engine ECU and the controller, it calculates and executes the optimal oil injection volume. An energy-saving mode automatically activates once the programmed pressure setpoint is reached. Additionally, the controller's software functions can be customized to meet specific client requirements, ensuring ease of use and operational flexibility.

4. Integrated Mobile/Fixed Design: The product configuration features an integrated design that allows for flexible selection between mobile and fixed versions within the same model series. The unit's physical dimensions have been carefully engineered to meet the specific requirements for vehicle-mounted installation and containerized transport. The machine enclosure features built-in soundproofing panels to minimize noise emissions while simultaneously ensuring ample internal space for maintenance access.
